First, we will schedule a complimentary consultation at a convenient time for you. During the consultation, an assessment will be done to understand your fitness goals, nutritional habits, and medical history, and what you would like to achieve from your fitness program. Next, we’ll design a program, and begin working with you towards results.

Equipment Required

The personal trainer will supply all the equipment needed for the session: stability ball, rubber bands, hand weights, etc.
